Beef Shish Kabob Recipe

Cup Olive oil
Cup Orange juice
- Adobo seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic to taste)
Green bell peppers into chunks
Large onion, cut into chunks

For best results, make sure that all ingredients are cut in the same size. This helps all food to cook evenly.
Spray olive oil on all of your ingredients.
